Lagu2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using lagu2's services. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to all Terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing or using the lagu2 website, mobile app, or any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and lagu2 ("platform").
Use of this platform is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal minimum age applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are using this platform in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Lagu2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after any changes to the Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full lagu2 experience, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. You agree to keep this information up to date whenever changes occur. lagu2 reserves the right to decline registration or terminate an account if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place within your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access due to your negligence.
- You must notify lagu2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Each user is permitted one account only. Attempts to open multiple accounts may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
- Transfering, selling, or sharing your account with any other party is strictly prohibited.
Lagu2 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time as additional security measure. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the lagu2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You agree to use only legitimate, authorised payment methods registered in your own name.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by lagu2, including DuitNow and online banking via FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the terms set out within the platform and may change from time to time. Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed except under circumstances defined by lagu2's internal policy.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed only to the same bank account or payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise specified. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and may take anywhere from a few hours to three business days. lagu2 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until identity verification has been completed.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonus and promotional offers provided by lagu2 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus. lagu2 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonus terms without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limit
Use of the lagu2 platform is subject to strict guidelines to ensure a safe and fair environment for all users. Violations of any of the following rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without lagu2's written consent.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including game manipulation, use of unlawfully obtained information, or coluding with other players to exploit the system.
- Uploading or distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication channel within the platform.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt lagu2's servers or infrastructure.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Lagu2 Liability Limit
Lagu2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical service disruptions, processing delays, or unauthorised access not caused by the direct negligence of lagu2. lagu2's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in the user's account at the time of the claim.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
Lagu2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the following circumstances: suspected fraud or illegal activity, breach of these Terms, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or a request from a competent authority. If an account is closed due to valid reasons on the user's part, any eligible balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe once the investigation is concluded. Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee deducted from the account balance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lagu2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of lagu2 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without explicit written permission from lagu2.
Third-Party Links & Services
The lagu2 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. lagu2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party service is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's own terms.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Lagu2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before they take effect, except in cases of emergency or legal requirements that necessitate immediate implementation. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
